Did you know that you make hundreds of choices every day? Whether it's what you eat, what you do at school or what you say or do to others.

It's important to always try to make the RIGHT choice, as what follows the choices we make are consequences for ourselves and others.

The way we can make sure we consider the consequences and make the RIGHT choice is to stop, think then act.

Here are some of my top tips:

TOP TIPS

  • Always ask yourself these three questions before making a choice. Is it safe? Is it healthy? Is it kind?
  • If the answer to that question isYESthen you have made theRIGHTchoice.
  • If the answer to any of those questions is NO, then it is the WRONG choice and you have the chance to change the choice you are going to make.
  • Some choices are easier to make than others and you don't have to make difficult choices by yourself. Ask as a trusted adult like mum, dad or your teacher for help.
