We make lots of choices every day. From the minute you wake up in the morning, you might choose what you want to eat for breakfast. Or when you get to school you choose who you talk to or play with.

There are two types of choices. The RIGHT choice, and the WRONG choice, and you should always try and make the RIGHT choice.

Some choices are quick and easy, and others are trickier. 

Here are some of my special tips to help you make the RIGHT choice:


  • Before you SAY or DO something, STOP and THINK. Is it safe? Is it healthy? Is it kind?
  • If the answer is yes, then you have made the right choice.
  • If you can't decide what choice to make you can ask a trusted adulted like mum, dad or your teacher for help.
